In the CAUTO Network, we have always experienced working relationships based on the enhancement of diversity as a lever of change that brings added value. Based on the experience gained within our organisation and on the skills acquired over the years in the socio-educational field, we help our partners in the implementation of diversity management: an approach capable of triggering radical change both from a cultural and an organisational point of view.

For companies with more than 15 employees, the CAUTO Network transforms the legal constraint of employment targets for disabled people (ex L.68/99) into a great opportunity for corporate social responsibility: promoting integration and respect for diversity, enhancing the potential of all, without excluding anyone.

By entrusting a work order to the social cooperatives of the CAUTO Network in agreement with Art.14 (Decree law 276/03 – Biagi law), the companies ensure work integration projects in which people become the protagonists of their own professional pathways, from the support of expert educators for the entire duration of the agreement, to autonomy.

In addition to companies, schools, understood as organised institutions, have a great deal of internal heterogeneity and multiple relationships with the stakeholders in their communities involved in the construction of the educating community. This scenario of complexity, with special educational needs, certainly requires an inclusive approach towards pupils and school staff and all the resources involved. The CAUTO network offers training courses for teachers and school managers on managing diversity, and orientation courses for pupils based on meaningful learning experiences.

The CAUTO Network provides custom diversity management training and consultancy courses also for the Public Administration with the aim of translating possible regulatory tools for the assignment of services into opportunities for r community co-design  that generates inclusion.
