The Data Controller avails itself of Data Processors for the achievement of the purposes specified below.

Data processing and purpose of processing
The contents herein are accessible to users without the need to provide personal data. However, some sections may be accessible only to registered users.
This site collects user data in the two ways and for the purposes specified below:
1.Navigation data collected in an automated way: the computer systems responsible for the functioning of the website acquire some data necessary for the functioning of the platform and some information, the transmission of which is implicit in the protocols used to connect and navigate the Internet. Google uses the personal data collected in order to track and examine the use of this Application, compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google. Processing methods
The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Data processing will be carried out in accordance with Article 4 no. 2) of the GDPR, by means of computer and/or telematic and/or paper-based tools, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. The data, starting from their receipt/update, will be kept for a period congruous with respect to the purposes of the processing indicated above. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

Communication and transfer of data
The processed data will not be disclosed.
Users' personal data collected by Cauto through the web site https://www.cauto.it/ will be accessible:
a) to the bodies and employees of Cauto formally designated and instructed as Data Processors;
b) to the External Processors pursuant to art.28 GDPR. The list of Data Processors is available at Cauto's registered office.
The data may be communicated - for the purposes indicated in this policy - to third parties, including business partners, consultants and professionals.
For all the purposes indicated in this informative report, the data may also be communicated abroad, inside and outside the European Union, in compliance with the rights and guarantees provided by the laws in force, after verifying that the country in question guarantees an "adequate" level of protection pursuant to the GDPR.
The data are in any case collected and stored on servers owned by Cauto or by companies with which Cauto has entered into a contract.

Rights of the data subject
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification, pursuant to Chapter III of the GDPR. Pursuant to the same article, they have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
